Pohoda VILLAS RESORT

The outdoor terrace connected directly with the living room and kitchen is equipped with garden dining furniture. There, you can spend wonderful time with your family and friends in the garden enjoying your breakfast or dinner during the warm summer nights.

The villas are fully furnished in premium Mediterranean style.

All three bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and a comfortable 200×180 cm mattress incl. bed linen. The bed linen is non-allergic, antibacterial.

All 3 bedrooms are fully air conditioned with wall mounted fan coil.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic hob, built-in oven, dishwasher, coffee maker Nespresso with capsules (we recommend bringing capsules with you – you can buy them at NESPRESSO or if you run out of capsules, you can also buy them at the local Masoutis supermarket „Espresso Lor“ brand in the coffee department). Then refrigerator and freezer, electric kettle, kitchen equipment (pots, frying pans) and porcelain crockery (shallow and soup plates, tea/coffee cups, glasses, salad bowls) and cutlery, wine and water glasses. The kitchen also includes towels, napkins, sponges, dishwashing detergent and more.

There is a hairdryer and towels to use in the villa and to take to the pool or beach. We also provide cots for babies including baby blankets, potties, high chair and table toys for children (If you are interested in children’s amenties please let us know, we have them limited).

Barbecue charcoal or mosquito remover is not included, you can buy it on site at your local store.

Guests have the opportunity to use a communal washing machine and dryer, which are located in the resort complex. At the same time there is an iron, including a ironing board.

The accommodation is suitable for all ages. The villas and the grounds are wheelchair accessible.

The villas are non-smoking and you are allowed to smoke only on the terrace or outside in the garden.

The kitchen in the villa is fully equipped so you can dine completely independently. Purchase of food is possible in a nearby supermarket where you can find really everything including drugstore, fruit, meat, also charcoal for barbecue, etc. (distance 5 min by car – 15 minutes walk) Super Markets Masoutis, Kassandra 630 77, Opening hours: SA 8-22, Sun 11-20. You can set up a discount card here, which allows you to purchase.

If you want to buy something on the grill, we recommend shopping primarily at the local butcher shop THEMIS, which offers laden Greek skewers or steaks for grilling already prepared and flavored. All this at reasonable prices. Link to Google maps.

The local bakery is located in Fourka, next to the Masoutis Supermarket, where you can buy fresh Greek pastries from 7am to 9pm. Address see here.

We recommend to all our clients to rent a car throughout their stay at Pohoda Villas Resort. If clients want to visit the nearby beaches or go shopping, they cannot do without a car. The resort is located in the village of Fourka, but is far from the shop in a quiet village. It is therefore recommended to consider renting a car.

Pohoda Villas Resort has an especially designed spacious honeymoon suite for newly married couples.

The villa is suitable for 6-8 persons. We do not offer any discounts for children. The villa cannot accommodate more than 8 persons including childrens. Pets are allowed if the Guest informs us in advance and if pets are well behaved. If you will bring your pet, we would like to kindly ask you to follow the rules 🐕 .

Each villa has a security alarm system and the resort is also secured by a camera system (except the pool area).
